Hotel Josef - Prague

Really good hospitality defined this experience, with the staff going above and beyond to assist when passport issues arose. The renovated interiors of the hotel were stylish and very inviting. Mornings in the outdoor garden area enjoying delicious Sicilian products for breakfast were a highlight. While the location was excellent for walking around, the lack of a variety in fitness equipment was noted and could be improved.

Breakfast was excellent ,a varied choice. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

House keeping kept forgetting to leave coffee and milk in the room. This was soon replaced when I rang down to reception. So not a major worry.

Amazing hotel with fast wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff took amazing care of my elderly parents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Generally, appreciated this high quality accommodation with very amiable staff in courteous service and attentive service to each and every guest. Cakes and pastries were tasty and overall there was a good choice of food.

The Superior Double or Twin Room offers a striking design by architect Eva Jiricna, with an open glass bathroom and a lovely view into the hotel's courtyard. Breakfast here is a standout experience, with a vast array of fresh fruit, alternative milks, and even a honeycomb block for fresh honey.

The narrow garage can make parking a hassle, and I wouldn't want to risk scratching the rims of my speeder. The communication around the electric car charger felt misleading. Being charged for something advertised as free was quite the surprise.

The breakfast is absolutely superb to any breakfast I have ever had in any hotel period. Plently of fresh fruits as well as hot dishes. There is also a menu you can order off of that is included in the room price as well. The staff are also cheerful friendly and have an attitude to please. Great hotel!

Cool accommodation with magnificent setting so close to all "the sights " as well as numerous excellent restaurant and bars. Lobby bar with complimentary drinks...

Poor staff!

The Signature Double Room was spacious with a comfy bed and a lovely view. Breakfast was really good, offering a huge variety including fresh fruits and made-to-order dishes. The staff were attentive and very helpful.

The bathroom setup felt a bit too open.

The hotel has a modern designer, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast very good! and the location excellent, staff helpful.

Awesome location and friendly staff

Location was spot on, so close to everything. The staff was super nice, especially Sophie, who helped us a ton. The breakfast was solid, and I loved the in-room tea options. Only thing was the smoke smell on our floor. Didn't ruin it tho!
